Thanks for uploading the photo. The presence of just two specimens may mean their nest isn't nearby, but hornets often build their nest near a permanent source of water, which they need to make the "paper" of the nest's cells. Oriental hornet nests are quite hard to find, because typically they're either underground or inside a building.
We'll correct the map so that it shows the real locality and not the provincial capital.
